When can I expect delivery of my purchase?

Why are your prices so low?



Firstly, we operate at a lower overhead than a retail store. For example, we do not employ any sales staff or alterations department, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not need to accommodate for these costs, we can pass all the savings onto our customers. Secondly, we are a professional shoes factory, not a retailer of any shoes factory, you can order shoes from our factory directly.


Can I change my order information after sending confirmation E-mail?


Sorry, all the orders can not be changed after we get your confirmation by email or by whatsapp. So please check your order carefully.


Can I cancel my order and change a shoes after payment?


All orders cannot be cancelled 24 hours after your confirmation.


What's the price show on your website?


The price on our website is  retail price, include the shipping cost.


Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?


Yes, definitely you can! Purchase in bulk is always welcome! Please contact us with more details such as styles and quantities so that we can offer you the best price to build our long term business relationships!


Who will take responsibility for product damage or loss during transit?


Please contact our customer services first. We will check this problem carefully and reply you within 24 hours. When you get your item, please check it before sign for it. If you find there are any damage, you can refuse to sign for it and contact that currier. You can also contact your local express company if the item is lost. They will compensate you. Of course we will help you to solve this matter without any hesitation.

How do I decide what size to order?


Each manufacturer offers their size chart, so please decide your size by our size chart. Keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the garment will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some type of adjustment.

 

Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest our honorable customers review the information provided in How to Measure. The designer will be unable to accommodate any changes of the size once the order has been placed.


How can I get refund if I have already shipped back my shoes?


Usually, we need to check your order carefully to see whether it can match our return policy. If it matches, we will tell you how to deal with this matter by email. If we agree to refund, our customer service will contact you the amount you will get. Please be attention that if your order is not in the same condition as we have shipped you before, like having stains on it, you can not get any refund.


How will I be notified of my order status?


We contact our customers by email or by whatsapp at various points of the order process. It is imperative the customer includes an email address on their order. You also can log in your account to check the status of your order.

 

The first email is sent immediately after we received your payment. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is shipped from our location and will include the tracking number.
